MicroMounts? are highly X-ray transparent precision tools for retrieving and mounting protein crystals, virus crystals, and small molecule/inorganic crystals. They can be also used for handling small fragile samples of all sorts, including biological, archaeological and mineralogical samples. Favored by protein crystallographers for their ease of harvest and reduction of surrounding fluid.
Each box contains twenty (20) MicroMounts?
MiTeGen offers ready-to-use assemblies. Mounts can either be pre-inserted into reusable bases or epoxied into standard bases.
